THAI GREEN CURRY SAUCE 500ml
For Thai chicken curry
Heat a little oil and add the desired amount of sliced chicken fillet, add a small amount of green curry sauce and cook halfway. Add green curry sauce and simmer. Add the desired veg directly to curry and simmer. Don’t hard boil, you want to keep some texture to the veg. Serve with fresh basil or fresh coriander.
Ingredients: Onions, fresh ginger, garlic, coconut cream, curry paste, fresh herbs, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken bouillon, cornflour oil.
Serving suggestions: Egg noodles, jasmine rice, chicken fillets, prawn meat, baby marrow, broccoli, bokchoy, snap peas, baby corn. Coriander or fresh basil.
