For Thai red curry

Heat a little oil and add the desired amount of sliced chicken fillet or beef strips,  add a small amount of red curry sauce and cook halfway. Add red curry sauce and simmer. Add cherry tomato and desired veg directly to curry and simmer. Don’t hard boil, you want to keep some texture to the veg. Serve with fresh basil or fresh coriander

Serving suggestions: Egg noodles, jasmine rice, chicken fillets, beef strips, prawn meat, cherry tomatoes, baby marrow, broccoli, bokchoy, snap peas, baby corn, Steamed butternut, Coriander or fresh basil
